How do I return my order?

You have a withdrawal period of 100 days  in the event of non-satisfaction with the product from the receipt of your order. To do this, simply contact the after-sales service by e-mail in the "contact us" tab. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your return request.

You have a period of 14 working days following the communication of your written withdrawal to return the product to us. 

Returned products must be complete, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (no traces of assembly, no scratches or dents, etc.).

  • We will issue a refund for a product that is unused or in perfect condition for resale with a withdrawal within 14 days , and a return within 14 working days .
  • A credit on the order  or an exchange for an unused product or in perfect condition for resale under a 100-day retraction , and a return within 14 working days .

If the item is returned incomplete or damaged, Eco-system may refuse to proceed with the refund, credit note or exchange or apply a discount according to the diagnosis made by the after-sales service which will be communicated to you. Products returned after an order credit will not be refunded.
